CHEC Training programs are tailored to suit those who know nothing about HIV/AIDS/TB and STIs through to those with advanced health and medical knowledge. From community volunteers in remote villages to executive officers in national, international NGOs and UN agencies.

CHEC has since its inception extended its mandate to include various project management training such as the Participatory Rural Appraisal, Logical Framework Approach, Report and Proposal Writing and Project Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation.

CHEC people are medics, educators and specialists in sexual and reproductive health. More than 1,000 volunteers, staff, trainers and consultants work for CHEC delivering grass roots programs in some of the worst affected parts of Cambodia.

It's a program of support that is highly effective and financially efficient, where the most is gained from every dollar spent.
